Tribulant Mailing & Support StudioIf you are running a website on the internet, it is essential and highly important to keep track of support requests, contacts whom submit these tickets . It is also a good thing to send out regular newsletters to inform your users of new happenings and notifications in order to gain and increase traffic to your website.
Tribulant Mailing & Support Studio is aimed at providing the administrator of a website with flexibility, full control and ease of use when it comes to managing support requests, contacts and mailing lists in conjunction with newsletters.
The contact page consists of a few text fields to fill in their information such as ‘fist name’, ‘last name’ and ‘email address’. This page has a select drop down menu with a list of the subjects which are available. These subjects in the drop down menu is controlled from your administration panel. The user will type his/her support message with the use of a WYSIWYG editor which uses HTML rendering to parse all data through to a database.
The second part is a simple sign up box which you can integrate into a side panel on website. The main purpose of this is to allow users to sign up as a member for newsletters. It consists of three text fields which are ‘first name’, ‘last name’ and ‘email address’. All users who fill this in correctly and submit the form will be directly added to your members/mailing list.
All support messages submitted from the contact page are stored directly into a MySQL database, and can then be viewed, replied to and deleted in the administration panel.
As the administrator, you have full control over all involved functions of this script. You can set a default email address, subject, headers and other factors. Email notifications are sent on most occasions. Such as when users sign up to the list or submit a support request. An optional notification feature which can be switched on or off is when you receive a support request from a user.
