This is the framework for a mostly complete search engine. It uses ASP to access a database via ADO. It is completely setup and just needs a nice interface (i.e. web page).
It is relatively simple and straight forward and is ready to be extended upon. It supports basic boolean operators 'AND' and 'OR'.
