By: opsoftware on Date: 05/26/06 In defence the above person was very very unpatient, not only was the order placed during the early hours of the night in the UK and he is based in the US, it was also the weekend which in the UK in s 3 day holiday weekend, we also process all orders manually and had to wait for OK from fraud checks before we release the software. This process can take upto 48 hours but even though this was explained he still made unreasonable demands so we refunded his money and had no further contact. Please note this is a legitimate company based in the UK and has been trading over 3 years and have an extensive customer base using this software. If anyone has any questions about our software or delivery methods please ask we are happy to help.
