Page hit counter, tracks visits/browser sessions. Adds support for multiple page impression counts.
This is totally different code to the original, and a new (and hopefully, improved) method of data storage.
Mark2 adds native support for multiple page tracking; as well as the site visitor count, it has the ability to track page impression counts for multiple pages.. so as well as knowing how many visitors your site has, you also know how many requests the server has had for a particular page - without needing access to server logs.
The site visit count increments counter only on a visitor's first visit per browser session, this gives a more accurate representation of the number of visitors your site receives.
Each page impression counter, when activated, increments regardless. Counters are activated by specifying their reference number in a function call to the counter - they only increment when you tell them they should.
