1. By: kengreer on Date: 02/22/04 I've used this product for a year now. When I originally purchased it I expected to change payment gateways after a while. Their site made no mention of payment plugins as additional costs and implies that they are simply free. I asked support to clarify if additional payment plugins would be free. They responsed yes. (Expected as they are simple one page scripts.) I saved the e-mail. However, when I finally decided to switch and requested an Authorize.net payment plugin, they said it would cost me $150! That's more than the actual product costs!!! I forwarded the e-mail I had saved from support saying it would be free. No reply. E-mailed again. No reply. I sent 4 e-mails over three weeks -- never a reply! I sent a final threat that I would take legal action -- surprise -- a reply the same day! I then went back and forth with them -- each e-mail they ignored when I pointed out that their staff said the payment script would be free. I felt like I was dealing with a complete and utter moron who didn't read what I was saying. I finally gave up. Is this a lie, a deception, or just bad business practice? I don't know what this company's problem is but I will never buy another product or ever do business with this company again!
